Some coffees feel like an experiment in precision, others feel like a celebration. Frais et Taste somehow manages to be both. Born at Finca El Paraíso in the rolling hills of Cauca, Colombia, and roasted with care by yours truly, it’s a coffee that blends science with a little magic.

Alex Burmudez has turned fermentation into an art form: hand-selecting cherries, guiding them through a two-stage yeast inoculated process, and sealing in flavour with his signature thermal shock method. We took that foundation and built on it with our signature Limited Series roast profile. A washed Pink Bourbon that is bright, balanced, and just a little indulgent. The result? Notes of peach & vanilla yule log cake that feel like a slice of dessert with your morning brew.

It’s playful, creamy, and comforting all at once. The kind of cup that reminds you that coffee can still surprise you.
