Flash Tonic (mocktail)
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Escape Flashbrew Coffee, Cottage
- 1.5 oz of fresh grapefruit juice
- 0.75 oz of simple syrup
- Tonic Soda
Steps
- Carefully pour the simple syrup, grapefruit juice and Escape Flashbrew into a glass filled with ice cubes to form layers.
- Gently extend with the tonic soda.
- Garnish with the mint sprig. Mix before serving.

Peachy Espresso Martini
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Peach Vodka, Ketel One Botanical
- 0.75 oz of coffee liqueur
- 2 oz coffee, Escape Flashbrew Triple A
- 1 pinch of fleur de sel
Steps
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
- Add ice cubes, then shake vigorously.
- Double-strain into a chilled glass using a fine strainer.
- Garnish with the peach slice.

Caffè Al Limoncello
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz of Limoncello, 3 Lacs
- 1 oz vanilla cream drink, Cremaglace
- 1.5 oz Escape Flashbrew Coffee, Cottage
Steps
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
- Add ice cubes, then shake vigorously.
- Filter into a glass filled with ice cubes or over a large ice cube.
Squeeze the lemon zest and garnish the cocktail.

Kinda Paloma
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz of tequila
- 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
- 1 oz coffee, Escape Flashbrew
- Triple A
- 0.75 oz of fresh grapefruit juice
- 0.50 oz fresh lime juice
Steps
- Frost the glass by squeezing a lime wedge around its edge, then passing it to a plate containing salt.
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
- Add ice cubes, then shake vigorously.
- Double-strain into frosted glass filled with ice cubes using a fine strainer.
- Express the grapefruit zest and garnish the cocktail.
